This link can give you an idea of what you will be paying, except for Fuel Surcharges. This will ad a few Dollars to the shipment, and wont show until the actual item is placed for pickup by UPS.
We usually ship in one to three days, although delivery times may vary depending upon inventory and weather conditions. Some items will come directly from the vendor. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee shipping times. This is because we are dependent upon UPS and they don't guarantee their delivery schedules. Therefore, it is wise not to schedule contractors until your product actually arrives. We cannot be liable for incidental or consequential losses incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated.
ORDERING AND PRICING
Pricing Policy: In general when you checkout, the total price will be what you are charged. However, if there has been an error in pricing we reserve the right to correct the error even after shipping a product. We will notify you of such a change and allow you to cancel if desired. We also reserve the right to change prices daily without notice. Cancellation Policy: If you have placed an order and checked out but change your mind, we will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. This must be done during normal work days M-F 9am to 5pm CST. Orders cannot be cancelled over the weekends because we are closed Saturday and Sunday. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be cancelled and credited, less a 4% credit card transaction fee. If your order has already entered the shipping process, then we will be unable to cancel the order.
Out-of-Stock Policy: If an item is out-of-stock, we will NOT substitute another product. Instead, we will cancel the order and notify you immediately.
Payment Options: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, as well as Check or Money Order
Recycling: In our commitment to be green we often ship items in used cardboard boxes using packing materials that have been supplied to us. These include styrofoam peanuts, newspapers, etc. Let us know if you have sensitivities and we will accommodate packaging as much as we can.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the event you must return an item, please call us at 877-258-6161 before you return it.
We will instruct you where and how to ship it back.
Valid Reasons for return:
We will ship a new item at our expense when the return is due to one of the following:
1) Defect in merchandise.
2) Damage during shipping.
3) Wrong item shipped.
In the event we do not replace your product, a refund for the purchase price (less shipping) will be given in the payment method tendered once the original product is received in resalable condition. Please allow 15 business days from the date we receive your item to process the return. All claims must be made within a 30 day period and include the receipt. Refunds do not include shipping; we do not accept freight collect, COD shipments on returned goods.
NOTE: There will be no refunds under any circumstances for items that are special order, sale items, opened, used, cut, modified, installed, or applied. Tinted paints are considered special order.
Other Reasons for Return:
If you ordered too much or the wrong item, we will take returns subject to a restocking fee of 20-35% depending upon the manufacturer's policy. If at the end of your job you have extra materials, consider giving them as a charitable donation to such organizations as Habitat for Humanity.
