How to at Salon Trezona

We offer the following guidelines to help you enjoy the benefits and pleasures of Salon Trezona.

Appointments
We recommend that you make your next appointment before leaving the salon. To ensure reservations for 2 or more services, a credit card/gift card will be requested. Please be advised that if you want to book two or more spa services there is only one room available.
We offer later or earlier appointments when requested.

Arrival and Departure
New clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment. This will give you enough time to check in, fill out a health history, change for your service, and relax. We will not accept any clients that are 20 minutes or more late for their scheduled appointments.

Cancellations
The services you selected are reserved especially for you. If you must cancel, please call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to arrive for your treatment a cancellation charge of 50% will be made.

Communication
To receive the most out of your experience at Salon Trezona, please make sure to communicate your preferences with any of our staff members. Let us know if you have any special needs.

Attire
Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Robes and slippers are provided to our guests. For our spa services feel free to bring your own swim suit if you would feel more at ease. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet over any part of your body not being treated. When coming in for an up do, please come in with clean and dry hair

Returns
Exchange or refund is available on any Aveda product accompanied by a receipt within 30 days.
NO EXCEPTIONS

Payments
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
All clients are expected to pay when services are rendered.

Extras
Complimentary gift-wrapping upon request. Flowers can be delivered for that special someone receiving services at Salon Trezona. We will make arrangements with a major credit card. Just speak with the front desk coordinators to make the arrangement. A light lunch can be added to any service or package for an extra $20.00

Discounts
If any three or more services are booked and paid for at one time, there will be a 10% discount off the regular price for those services.
Take part in the Salon Trezona Aveda Value Card! Each time you purchase $25 worth of Aveda products you will receive a stamp on your new card. When your card has 10 stamps, you can get $25 off your next Aveda purchase.
