Diana acts as CEO of the School. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Stanford and UCLA, Diana overseas all business decisions of the School. Diana’s background is as a business attorney and subsequently as an investment manager. Having worked at a New York law firm, a Fortune 500 company, her own consulting practice and an investment fund, Diana finds her work with the School the most rewarding experience of all. Having had the dream of one day becoming a director, she took film and television classes at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies, but now finds herself living vicariously through the dreams of the School’s students. Recently, Diana co-founded of 1st Chance Films with her husband, a company dedicated to making feature films using the School’s graduates, and continues to be active as a Fund Manager and General Counsel to her and her husband’s investment companies.

Paul actively assists with the overall management of the School. Paul is a well-known emerging growth investor in both the public and private sectors. He has funded and contributed to the success of numerous companies over the past decade. Kessler is the President and Fund Manager of The Bristol Group of Companies, a respected group of investment entities. He has held several senior executive positions throughout the finance industry in addition to his investment activities. Recently he co-founded of 1st Chance Films with his wife, a company dedicated to making feature films using the School's graduates.
